Data Deletion

You can remove most data related to your use of DigitalWebs yourself, and ask us to delete the rest.

Data stored in your browser

Tool drafts (such as a resume in progress or your policy generator answers) and your cookie choice are stored only in your browser. Use the clear button in the tool, or clear this site's data in your browser settings, to delete them. We cannot delete them for you, because they never reach us.

Uploaded and generated files

Most file tools work in your browser, so your files never reach our server. Any file that is processed on our server is deleted automatically, normally within 60 minutes. You do not need to request its deletion.

Contact messages

To delete a message you sent us, submit a request through the contact form with the topic "Data deletion", using the same email address you used originally. We will confirm when the request has been completed. We may need to verify that you sent the original message.

Advertising and analytics data

Data collected by third-party advertising or analytics providers is controlled by them. You can manage it through those providers, for example in Google's Ads Settings and account controls.
