Static QR codes that never expire
The QR code is generated in your browser and encodes your content directly, so it works forever and does not pass through a redirect or tracking service. Changing the content later means printing a new code.
Tips for reliable scanning
- Keep strong contrast: dark modules on a light background. Inverted or low-contrast colours scan poorly on many phones.
- Leave the quiet zone (white margin) around the code.
- Print at least 2 × 2 cm, larger for long content or scanning from a distance.
- Higher error correction (Q or H) survives damage and dirt but makes the code denser.
Wi-Fi codes contain the network password in plain text: anyone who scans the code can read it.
