How to use the Domain Information Lookup

  1. Enter a domain name.
  2. Click Look up.
  3. Review the registration details from the registry.

Data comes from the registry’s public RDAP service (the modern replacement for WHOIS), found through rdap.org. Personal contact details are usually redacted under privacy rules. Some country-code registries do not offer RDAP yet; for those the lookup fails.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the owner’s name hidden?
Registrars redact personal data. Use the registrar’s contact or abuse address instead.
