How to use the Indexability Checker

  1. Enter the page address.
  2. Click Check indexability.
  3. Review the verdict and any blocking issue.

The checker looks at everything in the page’s response that can stop indexing. Passing means nothing is technically blocking the page, not that it is indexed: only Search Console’s URL Inspection can confirm that, and search engines choose what to index based on quality too.

Frequently asked questions

My page passes but is not on Google. Why?
Search engines do not index every page. It may be new, have few links, or be considered low value or a duplicate. Check Search Console.
