How to use the Multiple Labels on One Page

    1. Add label images or PDFs. Every page of a PDF becomes one label.
    2. Choose the paper, the columns and rows, the margins and the spacing.
    3. Check the preview and the scale warning, then download the PDF.

Printing two or four labels on one sheet saves paper when you use a regular office printer. Labels are placed in reading order, and each one is scaled to fit its cell with its proportions kept. Optional dashed guides show where to cut.

Fitting more labels on a sheet makes each one smaller. The tool shows the scale when a PDF label’s real size is known. Check that your carrier accepts labels at that size.

Your label is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to our server. PDF output is image-based: each page is rendered to pixels, so its text can no longer be selected. We cannot guarantee that a barcode will scan after any image change, so print a test label and scan it before you ship. Your carrier’s rules always take priority.

    Frequently asked questions

How many labels can I add?
Up to 40 in one session. Large batches use a lot of device memory, so split them if your browser struggles.
Will labels be cut in half?
No. Each label is scaled to fit inside its own cell.
How should I print the PDF?
Choose Actual size or 100% in the print dialog, not Fit to page.
