How to use the Page Speed Analysis
- Enter the page address and choose mobile or desktop.
- Click Analyze speed; this can take up to a minute.
- Review the metrics and the opportunities.
Results come from Google’s PageSpeed Insights API, which runs Lighthouse and, where available, reports real-user Chrome data. The site administrator must add an API key under Settings → Integrations. Lab scores vary from run to run; real-user data is the better long-term measure.
