How to use the Image Cropper

  1. Drop an image.
  2. Drag the crop box or type exact values, and optionally pick an aspect ratio.
  3. Download the cropped image.

Drag inside the box to move it and drag the handles to resize. With the keyboard, focus the crop box and use the arrow keys to move it, Shift for larger steps and Alt to resize. Cropping keeps the original pixels of the selected area. Your images are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our server.

Frequently asked questions

Does cropping reduce quality?
PNG output keeps pixels exactly. JPEG and WebP re-encode, so use high quality or PNG if that matters.
